Canice is the Chief Executive Officer of Shadowhound, which he founded in 2010 as a natural extension to a first career in banking. He began his career at Goldman Sachs in 1993, joining Lehman Brothers seven years later where he was responsible for EMEA Rates and Credit Sales. In 2008, Canice joined Nomura to run FID product sales in EMEA as well as being instrumental in the US build-out. Canice is a graduate of the University of Edinburgh.

Stephen joined Shadowhound in 2013, specialising in fixed income and has completed senior searches across sales, trading, research, execution and syndication. Stephen previously worked at a boutique executive search firm with a focus on fixed income sales and began his headhunting career in M&A and private equity recruitment. He holds a BA in Economics & Business from the University of the West of England.

Alano joined Shadowhound in June 2017 to expand its buy-side franchise focusing primarily on hedge funds and asset management. He has more than 30 years’ experience in global fixed income and brings with him a considerable network from the buy-side community coupled with very strong technical skills – particularly in options, inflation and technical relative value products. He joined Lehman Brothers in 1992 where he worked until 2008, initially in central banks and real money fixed income sales before moving to concentrate on hedge funds as an MD. Subsequently, he worked at Nomura on the hedge fund desk as an MD until 2015. Since retiring from investment banking sales, he has been active in tutoring university students and graduate interns in finance.

Emma joined Shadowhound in 2018 as a Researcher on the Global Markets team focusing on Fixed Income and FX. Her previous experience includes working with a mid-cap corporate broker in London. Emma holds a BA in History from The University of Exeter.

Areti joined Shadowhound in 2022 as a Researcher on the Global Markets team focusing on Fixed Income and FX. Areti holds a BA in Politics and Modern History from The University of Manchester and a MA in International Relations from Queen Mary, University of London.

Natalie joined Shadowhound in 2016 specialising in Fixed Income and Emerging Markets. She has completed senior searches across Sales, Trading and Structuring. Natalie previously held positions at Bloomberg and internships at various top legal firms in London including Locke Lord and Blackstone Chambers. Natalie holds a BA degree in History from King’s College London.

Tanya joined Shadowhound in 2014 as Office Manager. She is responsible for all aspects of the smooth running of the office infrastructure from HR, procurement, travel and accounting through to real estate. She has over a decade of experience supporting teams within executive search companies, focusing on the financial services sectors. Tanya holds a BSc in Human Biology from King’s College London.

Sonia joined Shadowhound in 2021. She began a career in market research and project management at Ipsos Mori before changing direction and moving over to Executive Search. Sonia is a Modern Languages graduate of Oxford University.

Taby joined Shadowhound in 2022 as a Researcher on the Global Markets team focusing on Fixed Income. She holds a BS in Psychology from the University of West Florida. Her previous experience includes Undergraduate Research and Digital Marketing Management.

Christophe joined Shadowhound in November 2021 after 18 years as a trader at major institutions:
Dexia, Deutsche Bank, Morgan Stanley, Wells Fargo and Westpac in NYC, Tokyo, Hong Kong and London, primarily trading Structured rates products. He is now based in Paris where he’s assisting clients from the sell-side and buy-side. Christophe is also involved in more global mandates with a strong focus on PM and Trading roles covering macro products (linear and non-linear).

Hannah joined Shadowhound in 2023 as a Researcher on the Global Markets team. She has had previous experience shadowing the financial crime team at Macfarlanes LLP and gained insight into investment management at Aviva Investors. Hannah holds a BA in History from The University of Nottingham and a MA in History from University College London.

Erinn joined Shadowhound (New York) in September 2016 after a career in both executive search and internal corporate recruiting. Most recently, she was the Head of US Recruiting for the Royal Bank of Scotland (Stamford), where she was employed from 2011 to 2016. Prior to joining RBS, she was an executive search consultant for 5 years primarily focused on Fixed Income. Erinn began her career at Bear Stearns in 2004 in Commercial Mortgage Backed Securities. She holds a BS in Human and Organizational Development from Vanderbilt University.

David joined Shadowhound in June 2019 to focus on Emerging Markets, Global Macro, and FX. On the back of both sell-side and buyside experience he is uniquely qualified and actively recruiting for both the sell-side and buy-side spaces. David has over 20 years’ experience building and managing teams on the sell-side. David has run teams at Lehman (where he was promoted to Managing Director in 2007) and subsequently at RBC and UBS. He also has had a Business Development role at Autonomy Capital where he focused on evaluating and hiring senior market professionals. David holds a BA from the University of Virginia in Biology. David is actively involved in justice reform non profit work and is a board member of Exodus Transitional Community.

Kristin joined Shadowhound US in 2022 as a researcher, based out of Louisville, KY. Prior to joining the team, she spent more than a decade at River Road Asset Management, an institutional investment firm, where she worked in Human Resources and managed the firm’s internal recruiting efforts. She started her career in Sports Marketing while living in Chicago and worked with clients ranging from Nike to the Bank of America Chicago Marathon. She holds a BBA in Marketing from the University of Notre Dame.

Suzi joined Shadowhound (New York) in June 2022 after a career in executive search and corporate recruiting. Most recently she owned and operated her own executive search firm focusing on financial services. Suzi began her career in campus recruiting at UBS in 1998. She holds a BA from University of Notre Dame and an MBA from Boston College.
